
Do you wait until
you have a cavity to go to the dentist?
Well, maintaining your carpets is very similar to making regular visits
to the dentist to maintain your teeth.
It’s not something we look forward to, but a little preventative
maintenance will allow you to get much longer life out of them! Don’t get me wrong, things will happen
through the course of our daily lives such as spills, pet accidents, etc.
(which I have included a tip sheet to help with those life accidents), but if
you have your carpets cleaned on a regular basis, you have just increased the
likelihood of adding several more years to the life of your carpets.
How often should
you clean your carpets? Well, there is
really no one answer for this; however, the below chart will provide you with a
general guideline on how often your carpets should be cleaned:
